How do I Export the Gradebook2 grades?
Instructors may want to Export the Gradebook2 to have a copy of their course grades on their local computer.
Tip: It is good practice to make regular exports of your Gradebook2. In some instances this is also done to apply a curve calculation to the final grade.
Go to Gradebook.
This displays the Gradebook2.
Click Tools / Export
This displays the Gradebook2 Export dialog box.
Select the default "Full Gradebook", select the export format, then click Export.
Depending on your computer settings, you may see another download dialog box.
Download the exported Gradebook file to your computer.
