How do I create a Question Pool using Markup Text?
First, create your Pool Questions in a text editor like MS Word, Notepad or TextEdit.
You can create 5 different types of questions using markup Text:
- Multiple Choice - Single Answer
- Multiple Choice - Multiple Answer
- Fill in the Blank
- Essay
- True/False
The following provides directions on using Markup Text to create assessment questions.
Markup Text: Multiple Choice - Single Answer Example:
- On the first line, a number, followed by a period, followed by parenthetical indication of points to assign
- On the following line enter the multiple choice question
- Each answer should begin with its appropriate letter, in alphabetical order. The correct answer should be prefixed with an asterisk (*).
