How do I export an assessment?
Instructors can export an assessment allowing them to share an assessment with another instructor or a different Learning Management System.
Instructors can use the Site Editor / Import from Site feature to copy assessments from one course site to another course site. See: "How do I copy content from one course site to another course site?"
Go to Test & Quizzes.
Under the Working Copies tab, for the selected assessment, click Select Action / Export.
This displays the Export Assessment page.
Select the export type, then click Export.
Note: If this assessment contains images and attachments, choose Content Packaging. This option creates a zip file that includes all attachments. If you have text only, you can use the QTI option to create an .xml export. Both formats import easily into other courses.
Click Download.
If you are exporting with the Content Packaging option, a zip file downloads immediately to your computer.
If you are exporting with the QTI option, your browser displays a window with downloading instructions. Click Download.
