How do I link to a library database article?

Instructors can link to Library database articles and make those articles available to students from off-campus.

Go to Resources.

Go to Resources.

Select the Resources tool from the tool menu on your site.

To the right of the folder you want to add a link to a library database article, click Add / Add Web Links (URLs).

This displays the Add Web Links page.

Enter (or paste) the URL for the library database article and add a name for the link.

To make the link available to students off-campus, click Make Library Link Available Off-Campus.

This automatically add the proxy server prefix to the library link allowing students to access the article from off-campus.

Click Add Web Links Now.

Click Add Web Links Now.

This returns the display to the Resources page with the library link in the selected folder.
