What is the Sign-up tool?
The Sign-up tool lets instructors schedule a variety of events, such as office hour visits, review sessions, and study groups. Students can either sign-up for the event or their account can be manually assigned to an event time slot.
Instructors can create single sign-up meetings or a reoccurring sign-up meeting schedule.
Meeting times can have a single time slot for students to sign-up (for instance a meeting) or multiple time slots (students sign-up for a specific block of the meeting time.
Instructors can be notified by email when a student sign-up or cancels a meeting and students can receive an email reminder a day before the meeting.
